The Aviation and Military Science Academy is designed to prepare students for future endeavors, developing their interest in aviation with interactive learning through simulation and use of models. Leadership and character building is reinforced through elective classes, after-school activities and summer camps. The aviation and military science theme is integrated into the core middle-school curriculum. An aviation ground school elective puts students in the cockpit of on-site flight simulators, while radiocontrolled planes, rockets and models are used to teach the flight principles and concepts.
